Around 30 JNTUH Engineering Colleges Are Likely to loose Affiliation

Around 30 JNTUH Engineering Colleges Are Likely to loose Affiliation. There has been sword on the necks of 30 Engineering Colleges in JNTU Hyderabad region which are likely to lose affiliation this year. According to a news published in Deccan Chronicle  it is mentioned that JNTU- Hyderabad has shortlisted around 30 private engineering colleges who are more likely to lose their affiliation in upcoming academic year. It has also been mentioned that 58 colleges has not applied for affiliation this year as well.

The names of these colleges has not been made public but according to the news paper article, JNTU – Hyderabad has prepared a list of these colleges. Many aspects and numerous reasons has been cited for being eliminated from JNTUH Affiliated colleges list, such as shortage of faculty, shortage of laboratories, failure to submit form-16 and other reasons.

Apart form threatened to lose affiliation there are many colleges which are about to loose one branch or two from their academics offering. After eliminating these 30 colleges, the available colleges for admissions in JNTU-Hyderabad region becomes 200.

However everything has not been finished for these colleges as they are asked to tell their explanations. This scanning was done online first and now the colleges are seeking some hope as they generally are given a second chance to fulfill the requirements, follow guidelines and give their explanation to the university. So a fair chance will be given to these colleges and let’s hope for the good news.
